Misty Skedgell, Vice President of Corporate Communications at TBS commissioned twenty students from Clifton Elementary School to create an artwork to the theme of “I'm Smart, I Care and I'm Green,” as part of ArtsNow’s Community in Action Initiative. Finally, the students delivered their artwork on May 13, 2008 to the executives of TBS. Each student made a brief presentation and received recognition for their generosity of spirit and outstanding creativity in art.

Through this project the students returned $500 to purchase art supplies for their classroom teachers at Clifton Elementary School.

Gene Shatlock, Senior Vice President of the Atlanta Region of Comcast Cable commissioned twenty students from Clifton Elementary School to create an artwork to the theme of “How I Use Technology To Communicate,” as part of ArtsNow’s Community in Action Initiative. Finally, the students will deliver their artwork on May 7, 2009 to the executives of Comcast. Each student will make a brief presentation and received recognition for their generosity of spirit and outstanding creativity in art.

Through this project the students will return $500 to purchase art supplies for their classroom teachers at Clifton Elementary School.
