Creating Pride : For Parents

From the time your child first picked up a crayon and drew a picture just for you, you have known the power of the arts in our lives. As children get older, their need for creative expression grows with them. Creating Pride is dedicated to helping teachers use creativity and the arts to inspire your children to succeed socially and academically.

			Please contact Ade Oguntoye on our team at aoguntoye@creatingpride.org and sign up to become a member of the Parent Advisory Council. We invite parents to join us for pizza three times a year in order to offer feedback to current activity and future plans. Also, feel free to volunteer your time at your school on the days of the ArtsNOW time. Many classroom teachers would welcome an additional set of hands during this time of creative teaching. Just call your school office and volunteer!
